Tom began his career in 1998 with the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office in Idaho, where he worked with Spillman software as it expanded across multiple agencies. In 1993, he started part-time training for Spillman, deepening his expertise until 2008. He moved to Island County 911 in 1998, implementing another Spillman system and integrating law enforcement, fire, and EMS services. In 2009, he joined the Issaquah Police Department, reconfiguring their Spillman system to improve security and efficiency until retiring in 2018. Meanwhile, he began providing remote Spillman system administration, founding Reliable Administration Solutions, which now serves 30 agencies.
Patty has a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement and spent 5 years as an officer in Utah. While in Utah, she was a dispatcher, supervisor, POST trainer for new cadets and helped establish the first Dispatch Academy at POST. She moved to San Jose CA and worked as a dispatcher at Santa Clara and San Jose Police Departments for 2 years.
Patty has a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement and spent 5 years as an officer in Utah. While in Utah, she was a dispatcher, supervisor, POST trainer for new cadets and helped establish the first Dispatch Academy at POST. She moved to San Jose CA and worked as a dispatcher at Santa Clara and San Jose Police Departments for 2 years. Patty was hired by the Police Academy in San Jose and was a Coordinator for Continued Certification courses along with being a Dispatch Academy instructor. She was hired as the 911 Director in Lewis County WA, and was also the Flex System Administrator for 27 years. She was instrumental in getting the first interface between Washington ACCESS (NCIC, etc) and Flex, and remained a main contact between the two systems until 2021.

Brady has a robust background in technology and public safety solutions, with over 18 years of Flex experience, 9 of which in Spillman Support, starting as a technician and advancing to a department supervisor. Transitioning from support, he took on the role of Product Manager in the Research and Design department, focusing on interface development for 4 years. After Motorola's acquisition of Spillman, Brady served as the Senior Product Manager for many key systems, including CAD, Hub, Mobile, Geobase, IBR, and StateLink for about a year. He then expanded his scope as the Senior Product Manager for all public safety interfaces at Motorola, which included Flex, Command Central, and Premier One.
